They have doubled in size in over 12 months, and they have just moved into a largerswankier office next to their existing home in South Manchester. They are looking for Protection Advisors to join their successful Life Insurance department, where you will advise on protection products including ; life insurance, income protection and criticalillness cover.After record back-to-back years they have just undergone an exciting brand refresh with a high volume of investment from another Life Insurance agency.I know youve likely been promised a great package previously, they can likely better what youre on and provide a great platform of leads and back-office support. With incredibly low clawbacks due to their aftercare team - who ensure youre not constantlylosing out on bonus.The role* Speaking to warm leads to effectively advise on life insurance, income protection and critical illness cover.* Source the best possible cover across the market, using leading Insurers who will underwrite the cover.* Ensuring sales are conducted in a compliant manner, with back office support provided so you can focus on advising.The package* £35,000 basic with 10% monthly bonus (average advisors billing a minimum of £30,000-£40,000 per month)* Circa £85,000 OTE for an experienced advisor, once profit share bonus is factored in.* Yearly paid annual trip for all staff members, including the admin team.
