Job Description

Company: Property PerspectiveLocation: Altrincham - our workplace offers an exceptional setting. Altrincham boasts a fantastic work environment, complemented by its convenient accessibility and proximity to Manchester.Role Description: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a part-time capacity, primarily during weekends and two weekdays, with flexible working at the weekend. The ideal candidate will possess a rapid learning ability, exuding confidencewhile handling responsibilities independently during weekends. A professional and courteous telephone manner is imperative, managing high call volumes efficiently.Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls
  • Manage and address enquiries from platforms such as Rightmove and Zoopla
  • Schedule property viewings based on email and phone requests
  • Follow up on unconfirmed viewings, notifying relevant parties promptly
  • Pursue applicant feedback post-viewing, contacting them thrice (twice by phone, once via email)
  • Communicate obtained feedback to property vendors promptly
  • Accurately record and relay offers, informing the appropriate Account Manager and Assistants via email
Working Hours:
  • Saturday: 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (or until 5:00 PM on Fridays) - Ideal days in the week are Monday, Thursday, Friday
Work Arrangement: While weekend work may be conducted remotely if the candidate possesses a conducive work environment, weekdays would ideally require on-site presence in our office.Salary Offered: £15,000 annually for four days per weekRequirements:
  • Proficient in handling busy phone lines with professionalism
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work autonomously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in reception or customer service roles preferred
