Management Accountant Location : Altrincham Salary : £34,000 - £38,000 DoEI am currently looking for a Management Accountant to join a property company based in Altrincham. Benefits- Hybrid working - Onsite free parking - Salary Sacrifice Pension- Medical care Roles/ Responsibilities-Analyse the financials results of the assets held, both property and cash-Prepare reports on the performance of each asset, the whole portfolio and the Group tracking the actuals versus budgeted results. -Generate reports and dashboards for presentation to the management teams. -Assisting with the preparation of Cash flow forecast model and annual investment strategy report.-Assist the finance team with the month end reporting this will include preparing, reviewing and posting journals, account reconciliations and supplemental financial schedules.-Assist in the production of the quarterly management accounts.-Assist with the annual audit and statutory reporting including providing information and analysis as required by the Auditors.-Build relationships with external consultants, internal teams Skills/ Experience -Part Qualified Accountant - later stages ACA/ACCA/CIMA-Experience working in a similar role within a property company or fund management business ideally in the commercial sectors. -Proficient in financial modelling and data analysis-Advanced Excel skills-Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.-Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Detail-oriented, organised and capable of multitasking effectively.
