Job Description

IT Operations Analyst | Altrincham | £22,000-£28,000 | HybridMy client area well-established, well-funded tech company who are currently recruiting for an IT Operations Analyst to join their innovative team based in Altrincham.As an IT Operations Analyst, you will work alongside a small team of new starters to provide IT support and guidance with laptop builds. Furthermore, you will be involved in supporting third party suppliers with technical issues and dealing with support ticketsraised into the IT service desk.This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or someone who has previous experience in Desktop Support. You will have plenty of opportunities to learn from professionals on your team and really progress in your IT career.This role will be offered on a hybrid basis, requiring you to work in the office at least once a week but with the flexibility to work remotely if needed. The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working in an IT Desktop Support role
  • Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and Office 365.
  • Any understanding of Informix-SPL and Informix-SQL would be desirable.
