Job Description

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER (HYBRID WORKING ON OFFER)FULL TIME | MONDAY TO FRIDAYUp TO £25,000 + BONUS & EXCELLENT BENEFITS BASED IN SOUTH MANCHESTER | FREE PARKING ON SITEZachary Daniels is proud to represent a reputable and sustainable multi-channel retailer as they search for a Customer Account Manager to nurture and grow their dedicated B2C account base. With ambitious plans for growth over the next 12months, this is perfect timing to join.Key Responsibilities:

  • You will manage a dedicated customer account base and be on hand to support at all stages.
  • You will respond to customer enquiries through e-mail and phone.
  • You will deal with all escalated issues to ensure a resolution can be achieved in an swiftly timescale to ensure the reputation of the business and customer relationship remains strong.
  • You will build strong relationships with customers and keep them informed throughout the journey of their order.
  • You will continuously ensure customer data is accurate and up to date.
  • You will Identify and monitor low garment sales and work closely with the Sales Team to help increase sales and profit.
  • You will build and nurture internal and external relationships.
  • You will ensure all customer samples and contracts are sent out correctly
  • You will work in close proximity with the Sales Team to understand and deliver the needs of your customers.
Skills & Experience:
  • You must have communication and organisational skills.
  • You must be well organised with strong time management skills.
  • You must proficient in Microsoft packages.
  • You must be dedicated to providing a high level of customer service.
