Job Description

Job DescriptionWere looking for a Senior Fund Administrator to join our growing team. This particular team is responsible for managing a number of structures with a Fund of Funds strategy for a key client based in the Asian region. Youll play a key role in our Funds and Institutional team, creating value and making a difference to our fast-paced organisation. Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work are vital to enable you to assistthe team with day-to-day tasks. Main responsibilities:

  • Administering a variety of Fund of Fund Structures (asset class Private Equity & Infrastructure)
  • Liaising with clients, intermediaries, investors and colleagues throughout the organisation
  • Attendance at board meetings
  • Preparation of agendas, board packs and minutes
  • Managing of transactions (which could include property purchases / sales, re-financing etc)
  • Liaising with clients and compliance to agree on due diligence requirements
  • Review of payments whilst adhering to company procedures
  • Supervising the more junior team members

Qualifications
  • The right to live and work in Jersey
  • Relevant experience within a very similar role
  • Preferably ICSA/STEP qualified or working towards ICSA/STEP or other relevant qualification
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Excellent knowledge of the Finance Industry in Jersey
