Job Description

Join us as a Prudential Regulatory Reporting Manager

  • This role will provide you with a platform to keep building your knowledge and expertise, positioning you well for the next stage in your career
  • Were offering this role for a period of six months, with a salary starting from £44,960 to £57,640 depending on location and experience
What youll doThis key role will see you maintaining the teams control environment to make sure that regulatory outcomes are delivered in a controlled manner that complies with our risk and control framework, while identifying and implementing opportunities to improve uponcontrols . Youll also be recognised for providing value-add commentary and service to key stakeholders and customers. Additionally, your role will involve:
  • Making sure that reporting requests are completed to a high standard, our lead regulator is the Jersey Financial Services Commission
  • Supporting internal monthly franchise and prudential legal entity reporting to our regulators and our Pillar 3 reporting
  • Reviewing and challenging data inputs from service providers
  • Managing the working relationships between senior stakeholders to executive level, supporting sign-offs with insightful dashboards and commentaries
The skills youll needTo join us in this role, youll need an understanding of regulatory reporting outcomes. With a responsive and adaptable nature, youll have the ability to manage changing requirements of customers and stakeholders while prioritising your own workload. Youll also bring:
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Great stakeholder management and the ability to use your existing network to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
