Job Description

Job DescriptionThe Director will be a motivated, self-starter with a credible and proven track-record with Jersey clients at all levels.The Director will develop the offshore business in Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Gibraltar with a specific focus on Jersey. This will include growing the Sionic presence through increasing revenue with appropriate margin, consulting team bench strengthand capabilities and increasing recognition of Sionic as a dominant market force with a reputation for expertise, effective solutions and an approach that is consultative and collegiate.

  • Ensure client projects are efficient and profitable
  • Develop strong relationships with clients
  • Lead successful client engagements
  • Develop, lead and support pitches and opportunities
  • Originate opportunities that lead to delivered revenue against an agreed revenue and margin target
  • Develop and lead existing and new client accounts
  • Lead the development of new ideas, IP and thinking
  • Support, develop and improve internal processes
  • Develop the Jersey office including practical processes and controls where appropriate
  • Contribute to the design and realisation of the practice strategy
Qualifications
  • Vast experience of Offshore Wealth Management industry is essential
  • Must have the ability to communicate C-level stakeholders
  • Having a well-connected network in Jersey is essential
  • Relationship building skills with an effective consulting approach
  • Competent with MS Office Suite
  • Must possess the legal right to live and work in Jersey.
