The Jersey office is growing and looking for you to help play a key role in continuing that growth journey. As one of our longest standing offices, Jersey retains a status as a high profile and successful business within the AD network. It has played an integralrole in the success story of the organisation since its establishment. From those beginnings the office now employs over 115 people across our Funds, Real Estate and Corporate Services businesses. Its a thriving and successful team, known for its close-knit,supportive and high-performing culture. With prospects for growth set to continue further, were now looking for someone to join the team in a senior leadership capacity and work with the current Operational Directors, reporting to the Country Executives. This is a broad role with responsibility for one of our most significant business units within our Jersey operations. You will have exposure to the Jersey AD board and be responsible for the overall performance for a portfolio of Real Estate, Debt and PrivateEquity clients business. Key indicators of success in this role can be defined across three main criteria, namely: Strategic• Support the board of ADJ to drive the real estate business forward in accordance with its business plans and strategy, whilst keeping the unit under prudent control • Acting as a Director on Real Estate, Debt and PE clients (specifically Strategic and Growth) and looking for ways to generate incremental or cross sales • Establish, build and maintain strong relationships and networks with both internal, cross jurisdictional and external contacts, including AD personnel, clients and feeders. Operational • Ensuring the operational Teams has a good knowledge and understanding of industry, legislation and regulation, and AD working practices to ensure local and global KPIs are adhered too. • Monitor WIP against agreed budgets and investigate differences, taking appropriate to maintain Profitablility levels and responsibility for ensuring all fee renegotiations and complaints are swiftly dealt with • Be able to provide sound, quality and technical guidance to clients and the wider Operational Team People Leadership & Culture• Oversight of the Operational Teams, including the accountability of team and mentoring of SMs objectives / targets to ensure we continue to exceed client expectations • Working with HR on HR resourcing for the divisions considering staff utilisation and client recoverability • Continuously maintaining and developing the culture, values and reputation of the business WHAT WE OFFER:Alter Domus offers a competitive, comprehensive benefits package including a generous vacation policy, a diverse work environment, and strong global connections.
