The post holder will undertake compliance monitoring for Regulated FSBs and fund entities that are administered by ADJ. The fund entities comprise of Regulated Funds and JPFs. JOB DESCRIPTION:

To undertake compliance monitoring in accordance with the relevant monitoring plan for the entities;
Complete the relevant monitoring checklists and monitoring control sheets
Maintaining the monitoring control schedules to record any findings from the reviews
Follow up with the business in respect of any findings from the reviews
Assist with the preparation of the compliance and MLCO reports for the Regulated FSBs and fund entities
Assist with the preparation of the CMPs for the entities
Assist the Manager in Client Regulatory Compliance as required

YOUR PROFILE:

You have a minimum of 2 years financial services experience, preferably in a Compliance or compliance monitoring environment.
You have a minimum of 1 years experience in undertaking compliance monitoring
You are able to manage your own workload to ensure that deadlines and timetables are met
You have a working knowledge of the Jersey regulatory framework and AML / CFT Handbook
A working knowledge of the fund industry in Jersey would be advantage
