Job Description

The Company:

  • Marketing leading UK based Manufacturer.
  • Year on Year growth across all parts of the business.
  • Products are sold internationally to over 40 countries.
  • Well established company with more than 20 years’ experience in manufacturing.
    • The Role:
  • Selling a full range of orthopaedic bracing & support products (Head to toe).
  • Huge portfolio of market leading products.
  • Selling into the NHS @ Trust level. Dealing @ Procurement & Clinical level - Therapists, orthopaedic consultants, physician assistant, orthopaedic technician, or nurse practitioner & physiotherapist.
  • Targets are based on account retention and also growth of the area.
  • Top performing area for the last 2 years!
  • £40k-£48k basic salary (DOE), Bonus is paid Bi-Annually. For hitting target youll be looking at getting £12k-£15k. Top earner last year got £25k!, Company Car - Merc C Class/BMW 3 Series, Work place pension, Optional Healthcare (Benefit in kind), Death in Service & 25 days holiday.
  • Covering - Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset, Devon & Cornwall.
    • The Ideal Person:
  • Must have hospital sales.
  • Will also consider someone clinical that has an aptitude for sales.
  • Someone that has a background as a physiotherapist would be a good match.
  • Needs someone that understands the NHS buying process and is able to communicate with Procurement as well as clinical people.
  • Self-starter.
  • Driven.
  • Ability to manage and maintain a sales area.
