Job Description

  • Leading, coaching and developing your team as well as investing in their skills and knowledge, to inspire them to be the best they can through regular interactions
  • Ensuring your team exceeds their goals by setting and communicating objectives and monitoring client feedback and performance data
  • Delivering a holistic Private Bank proposition to your market including Business, Premier and Home Solutions
  • Taking accountability for recruitment and succession planning to ensure you can support your clients at all times
  • Acting as the face of Barclays in your local community to build and maintain strong relationships with key local stakeholders
  • Youll be actively engaged, curious and interested in external factors that will have an impact on the local and national economic environment
    • What were looking for:
  • Previous experience of successfully leading a team in a customer-facing capacity; delivering great client and operational performance by empowering and motivating others
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of relevant risk and control policies
  • Proven experience of executing against a business plan that delivers good customer outcomes through the identification of appropriate commercial opportunities
    • Skills that will help you in the role:
  • Managing 3rd party suppliers
  • Commercial decision making
  • Networking skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
