Job Description

TEMP EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - ALDERSHOT - £12 - £14 PH DOEMy client is a friendly family business, based in Aldershot. Their founders are entrepreneurs and therefore look to build teams with employees who possess a similar skill set in taking initiative and finding a way to achieve excellence in their roles.In 2019, they refurbished their 60,000 sq ft factory to include breakout areas for employees, a training facility for ongoing support, a studio for videography and photography, and a showroom for customers to experience the full product range and serviceoffering. They really value creativity and innovation, these are the perfect areas to increase communication with colleagues and generate ideas.My client is seeking a Temp Executive Assistant to join their fast-paced and fun loving team. This role will be on going and could have the possibility of temp to perm.What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating and maintaining databases of customer and prospect information
  • Gathering and sharing data with the Head of Sales which will enable us to identify leads for customer visits
  • Act as point of contact for the sales team, arranging appointments and completing post meeting formalities such as thank you emails and sample requests/quotes
  • Preparing and distributing marketing materials
  • Collecting, analysing and maintaining data from a variety of sources, such as customer databases, competitors, market research and web analytics
  • Assist in identifying trends, patterns and opportunities for growth and improvement in sales and marketing efforts
  • Analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and providing recommendations to management
  • Identify and submit leads for the Head of Sales based on data findings
  • Creating reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations for improvements, to communicate improvements
