Our support staff support people with autism to enjoy a full life and enjoy activities including archery, boating, swimming, bowling, trips to the cinema as well as spending time looking after their home. The people we support love meeting new people and spending time with friends and family. The residential home has a lovely big garden for everybody to enjoy and be involved in developing. Staff are required to provide full support with medication administration as well as delivering personal care.A full UK driving license is essential for this role- manual drivers licence.A shift pattern way of working is operated to which is flexibly planned to accommodate the activities that are arranged, waking day hours are between 07:00-15:00 and 15:00-21:30 with the possibility of one sleep in shift per week.
