Job Description

Senior Graphic Designer - £30,000 -£35,000Our client based in Aldershot has an exciting opportunity to join their organisation as a Senior Graphic DesignerWhat you’ll be doing

  • Strategically developing the department and the brands;
  • Creating photographic and video content to promote our businesses and products across all social and marketing channels;
  • Working with the Commercial Director in developing the portfolio from ideas to market launch of products and concepts;
  • Managing and working with the graphics team to complete weekly email campaigns, monthly digital or print brochures and branding for events;
  • Look to guide the business and evolve the design outlook organically
  • Working with other departments that require graphics assistance.
    • Youll be a good fit for this role if you:
  • Strive for design excellence and define standards across the digital and print marketing channels;
  • Have demonstrable graphic design skills and experience across both print and digital, especially in areas of catalogues, brochures, direct mail, email templates, social media and advertising design;
  • Have experience in brand-led collateral design;
  • Are a natural collaborator and can work within multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions cross-functionally;
  • Can take a great photograph and be comfortable using video technology;
    • Skills
  • Ability to communicate and justify design decisions in front of senior stakeholders;
  • Have 3-5 years’ graphic design experience acquired in-house or agency-side, with the later part having managed teams;
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in graphic design or a related field;
  • Technical proficiency and extensive knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop;
  • Experience in image manipulation;
  • Experience in Adobe AfterEffects and PremierePro
  • Experience in using a multitude of photography and video equipment, including lighting and rigs
