Job Description

Position: Customer Experience OfficerLocation: Aldershot GU11Contract:Full time / Perm8am-5pm/ Mon/FriSalary- £27.5k per annum8 Positions available.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious advisor to play a pivotal role, in ensuring families get the additional help, support and communication they need.Role Purpose:To make sure that when a family gets in touch, we take ownership of the enquiry through to a satisfactory resolution.

  • Work with operations teams and other stakeholders as identified, to ensure enquiries are successfully managed through to resolution and to the family’s satisfaction in a timely manner
  • Liaise with suppliers to organise specialist repairs
  • Provide guidance and support to all customer queries inbound to the Regional Service Centre
  • Maintain open communication with the families, to provide regular updates and prevent complaints
  • Foster collaborative relationships with all stakeholders to develop a mutual understanding on internal processes and facilitate effective resolution
  • Manage in hours emergencies and appoint non-complex works
  • Maintain successful working relationships, provide feedback and promote customer service excellence to ensure a positive and caring customer experience
Experience
  • You should have a proven record in a helpdesk or maintenance environment and be highly motivated with a passion to succeed.
  • You should be able to identify opportunities for advancing the organisation’s mission while maintaining an awareness of the business areas and associated risk.
  • Experience in a busy call centre environment
