The home provides high-quality residential, nursing, respite, palliative and dementia care.I am looking for a passionate and driven Clinical Lead to join the experienced team at this well reputed Nursing & Residential Home. Applicants should have several years of nursing experience, be reliable and have strong leadership skills.As the Clinical Lead you will need to a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN. You will be responsible for providing the highest level of care and supporting the manager providing leadership to the clinical team. Youll be responsible for managing, motivatingand developing a team of nurses and care staff to ensure the delivery and provision of exceptional care. Youll use your clinical expertise to assess new and existing residents to ensure that their care plans are person centred, and fully support their needs.Requirements:Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin.
