Senior Planning and SchedulingOn target earnings up to £30k pa including bonusAre you interested in a new and exciting career as a Senior SchedulerAs a Senior Scheduler for phs Group you’ll be joining a close-knit and dynamic team which delivers at pace and plays a key part in the ongoing success of phs Group. You’ll be using world-leading scheduling software and the work you plan for our Service Techniciansis what gets delivered to our customers, with on-time delivery and efficiency being your focus. Your role is pivotal to the success of the smooth running of your Operations Centre.Your role as a Senior Planning and Scheduler:

Plan and create efficient & productive routes for 30 Service Technicians daily at our Coventry site using our Scheduling software.
Assist in daily debriefing of Service Technicians to resolve any route issues and to promote high levels of Route Completion.
Work closely with your Operations Centre team to plan resource effectively
Accompany Service Technicians from time to time to understand their front-line role and to develop a deep appreciation of the things they experience each day

Regularly analyse routes and rectify any issues that arise
Ensure workloads are managed effectively and customer visits are delivered on time
Attend regular training and update workshops to ensure we remain on track, sharing best practices and information.

Strong IT skills with knowledge and experience of using all Microsoft packages
Previous experience of planning and scheduling is desirable
Strong rapport-building skills with an agile and adaptable approach
Great organisational skills having a very structured and methodical approach
Excellent communication skills to be able to communicate at all levels
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills with a “can do/will do” mindset
Ability to analyse routes and data to find root cause and solve problems
