Job Description

Job Title: Trailer TechnicianLocation: AddlestoneSalary: £28,000 - £31,000 pa depending on experienceJob Type: Permanent, Full TimeAbout us:Movie Makers has been serving the film & TV industry in the UK as specialists in providing location facility vehicles to the film and TV industry. Now the biggest company of its kind in the UK, our huge fleet of vehicles together with experienced staff providean unrivalled service to our customers. We stock a large selection of Fifth Wheel and Travel Trailers from leading American RV manufacturers.About the role:You will be reporting directly to the Workshop Manager and work as part of an experienced team in a busy department. There are multiple different aspects to this role and therefore the successful applicant would ideally have a broad range of skills and beable to pick up working processes quickly.Key responsibilities:

  • Basic electrical works
  • Welding
  • Carpentry work
  • Repairing and general maintenance to trailers
The ideal candidate must have:
  • Good all-round skills
  • Capable of multi-tasking reliably in a busy working environment
  • The desire to learn and develop your skills - this role does provide ongoing training
  • Ideally be immediately available and able to hit the ground running
