Service Desk Team LeaderSalary £34,474 - £38,276 per annum37 hrs per weekAre you looking for the next step in your career in ICT with an ambitious and innovative Council Are you passionate about delivering a first class service experience to your customers If you are, then Runnymede Borough Council would like to hear from you.We are looking for a Service Desk Team Leader to join our Digital Services Team based at the Civic Centre in the heart of Addlestones regenerated town centre. Here you will lead a team committed to driving improvement through innovative ideas using thelatest technology and supporting staff to access council software services. As the Service Desk Team Leader, your team will act as first point of contact for most customers and as such, become an ambassador for the Digital Services Team, demonstrating thepassion for innovation that has made Runnymede successful.You will be working in a fast- paced and demanding environment, so it is important that you are well organised and resilient; can remain calm, focussed, and professional at all times.
