Job Description

Regional Process Owner EMEAWe are delighted to present this unique opportunity for a Regional Process Owner to work for an innovative, top 20 organisation in its sector.Our client supports a wide variety of pharmaceutical products across multiple sectors including urology, immunology, oncology and more.With a clear vision and strategy for continued, sustainable growth, this impressive business currently employs 16 000 people in 40 different countries around the world.As an essential member of the finance team, you will be accountable for driving process improvement compliance regionally within R2R Process areas across GBs, in alignment with applicable JSOX controlsKey deliverables include:Act as a subject matter expert in R2R global processes, systems and finance master dataDesign end-to-end transaction processes linking to related service delivery from captive and outsourced centresProvide input on decisions relating to enabling technologiesMonitor R2R delivery activities to ensure compliance with approved processesDrive further process improvements and customer satisfaction and provide strategic insightWhat we are looking for...Bachelors degree in related fieldProven knowledge of IFRS, along with demonstrated ability to analyse financial information and provide solutions to issuesExperienced credible leader, demonstrable ability to manage and influence key stakeholdersSix Sigma experience or practical experience in process improvementAdvanced professional certification or MDA or MS in Finance is preferredOur client offers: A highly competitive package including car allowance, annual bonus, strong pension offering, private healthcare including dental, flexible, remote working, 25 days holiday & rising, collaborative working environment andnumerous other incentives.Please note that we are currently short-listing for this exciting opportunity so please do not hesitate to get in touch for an initial, confidential discussion!
