Job Description

My client is looking for a strong internal communications specialist to come on board and join the team To be considered for the position available you must have the following experience.

  • A good track record of internal communications experience which has been gained in a complex organization with a multinational footprint.
  • You must have experience in Identifying and collecting key metrics and insights to measure the communication programs effectiveness.
  • Experience developing and presenting Comms Dashboards and reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in reviewing data following internal communications campaigns to gain insight from the campaigns to improve future campaigns. You will be comfortable reviewing data in various forms from CSVs to google analytics.
  • Support the various business units and develop meaningful messaging and communications standards for internal and external communications that can be applied across the organization.
  • Define and implement full communications plans for functional campaigns.
  • Support the development of regional and global social media strategies for internal and external communications. Participate in internal digital media strategies including Walter, Yammer, TV screens, Cisco phones, etc.
  • Draft internal communication plans, announcements, employee newsletters, and other business communications.
  • Manage and edit both the content and schedule for the EU internal newsletter
  • Draft and develop the communication plans, leading the planning, writing, editing, executing, monitoring, and suggested budgeting and submit them for the manager’s review & final approval.
  • Influence stakeholders to drive consistency and change across the organization.
  • Support external communications by drafting and editing press releases, white papers, case studies, newsletters, blogs, web pages, and other business communications
  • Support in the collation and dissemination of summaries for external reporting
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of global communication SOPs to ensure consistency and adherence to established processes and best practices
