Job Description

Care Coordinator - Quality-Focused Domiciliary Care Provider - Supportive EmployerAre you an experienced Care Professional who would relish the opportunity to work for an Outstanding rated care domiciliary care company, who are well -resourced, deliver only the highest levels of care and customer service and who have a positive impacton the community that they serve If so, we’d love to hear from you…We’re looking for somebody with care experience at a Supervisory level -to take up a position as a Care Coordinator in Chertsey. My client delivers private care, with a minimum call time of 1 hour across the local area, with a number of community initiatives delivered in order to really make a difference to people’s lifestyles.As a Care Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in our client’s business, overseeing and managing the coordination rota’s for a domiciliary care service and delivering excellent customer service. Your exceptional organizational skills, communication abilities,and passion for providing high-quality care will shine in this challenging yet rewarding position.Key Responsibilities for the Care Coordinator

  • Produce rota’s for care workers using an efficient roster system
  • Work with the branch recruiter to ensure the carers are well matched to clients and that introductions are arranged,
  • Facilitate care assessments and reviews, ensuring customer requirements are met in accordance with guidelines
  • Adapt to any changes with carer/ client availability
  • Collaborate with the other teams within the business to ensure that all customers have the best experience
  • Participate in the branch on-call rota
What we’re looking for;
  • Prior experience at a supervisory level in social care - domiciliary care would be advantageous, but residential care or supported living backgrounds lend well too.
  • Somebody who has strong values and a positive attitude. You’ll want to be part of a team that delivers excellence and wants to make a difference to peoples lives.
  • A desire to uphold high quality care delivery
  • Excellent customer services skills and telephone manner
