Job Description

Reed Accountancy has a fantastic opportunity to join one of Aberdeenshires growing Oil & Gas conglomerates based in the north-west of the city. The organisation focusses on offshore facilities, chemical manufacturing and logistical consultations for bothnational and international clientele.My client are searching for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their large finance team and support with the accurate creation and payment of invoices including credit control duties. To be successful in this role, you will have a positive approachto your work and have the ability to manage multiple workloads with ease.This role offers the opportunity to join a vibrant and growing organisation with opportunities for progression. This role also offers a hybrid working arrangement once settled within the position.Key Responsibilities

Ensuring customer data is accurate on system for billing purposes
Managing and resolving supplier and operational queries are resolved
Creating reports daily for customers
Raising manual invoices
Assisting with Credit Control duties

Candidate

Ability to manage multiple workloads
Positive approach to duties and engaging with colleagues
Experience within an accounts related role
Strong interpersonal skills
