The role is a vital part of their service delivery, ensuring that the tenants voices are heard. It will require creative and innovativeways of thinking to deliver great outcomes for their tenants and the community. You will encourage and empower tenants to take the lead on driving ideas forward and continuous improvement. There will be an emphasis on embedding and mainstreaming tenant engagementacross the organisation, supporting all teams to engage effectively with tenants and the community.This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, customer focussed person who has a genuine passion and demonstrable experience of delivering quality services.
