POSIITON - Financial Adviser – there’s a readymade client base existing for the successful candidate take over.SALARY - 40-50k plus discretionary bonus based on business profitability and quality of work, plus benefits.Reed Financial Services are delighted to be working with a bespoke portfolio advisor firm based in South Wales in assisting with their search for an experienced Financial Advisor. The firm has been established for over 17 years and has built a reputationfor strong and ethical practice.As a financial advisor, you will be responsible for managing a full client bank from the outset and therefore the successful candidate will have strong technical and personal organisational skills, with a strong focus on ethical and customer centred practice.This role is intended to be progressive, leading to a senior position within the firm, and the ability to influence its wider strategy and approach. It would suit a practice focused individual who wishes to work in an environment that places emphasis onlearning, quality of advice, and the fair treatment of customers.The companys hybrid working model allows you to work from either their offices in South Wales or from home.
