Job Description

We’re expanding our team and recruiting our first Account Executive!The Account Executive will be supporting our portfolio of retailer clients to promote and enhance the Nomination Italy SRL jewellery collections across the Wales & South West region. They will oversee and manage sales activity, identify opportunities for growth,and work closely with our Brand Coordinator to ensure compliance with brand guidelines. You will build great working relationships with the team, our retailers, and the Nomination brand representatives, and will travel to visit retailers across the regionto share your guidance and expertise. This is a part time role working 15-22.5 hours per week (equivalent to 2-3 days per week) from our office in Navigation Park, Abercynon – right on the A470.   • Account Management Support – Provide ongoing support & guidance to retailers, be the first point of contact for retailer enquiries, communicate instructions from HQ, adhere to branding guidelines, contractual agreements, & legalities, troubleshoot issuesbefore escalating, and maximise opportunities to promote the brand.
  • Marketing & Sales - Develop & implement effective strategies to maximise sales within the region, prospect potential new stores for growth opportunities, prepare & coordinate seasonal cycle changes & promotions in stores, and proactively coordinate thegraphics changes in stores to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Office Management – Schedule appointments, prepare reports on store / collection results, assist with data entry, document preparation, run reports, analyse data, and order & rotate stock samples.
What were looking for in our ideal candidate...
  • Our ideal candidate will be an experienced Account Executive or Sales professional, able to demonstrate their ability to implement successful growth strategies and build strong working relationships with customers.
  • Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a brand coordination, retail, or merchandising role, with in-depth awareness/experience of working to a seasonal cycle. Alternatively, you will have detailed knowledge of these functions.
  • You will be eager to learn new skills to enhance your learning and development potential, particularly in relation to brand visual merchandising guidelines, to ensure that displays of each collection are both compliant and maximise sales opportunities.
  • You will be experienced in undertaking administrative tasks, and confident in running reports, analysing data, scheduling appointments, and proficient in using Microsoft Office products (or similarly related applications). Knowledge of data protection andfinances would be advantageous and a willingness to learn & develop skills in these areas is essential.
  • You must have a current and valid driving licence as you will undertake significant travel within the Wales & South West region. Access to own car is desirable but not essential, as a company car may be provided – this will be discussed at the interview.
  • Knowledge of the jewellery sector is desirable, but it is not essential as full training will be provided.
