Team Support - Repairs and Voids AdministratorAbercynon, South Wales (15 miles north of Cardiff)£19,196.45- £20,128.45 per annum35 Hours per week (Monday to Friday - Flexitime available)Our client lies in the heart of Rhondda Cynon Taf in glorious South Wales. Theyre passionate about providing great services and support, about being a good employer, and about being a respected partner in their region and across Wales.Theyre looking for a passionate and practical person to provide Team Support across the Housing & Maintenance functions, ensuring that tenants and other Customers of the Group get accurate information on their repairs and maintenance related issues. Inaddition, it is vital that the levels of customer service and care is exceptional and that the tenants are always at the centre of their service.The role is intrinsic to the organisations ability to deliver the highest possible level of service and customer satisfaction and so the Team Support must be able to understand and resolve queries in a responsive, sensitive, and professional manner. Havinga strong sense of pride in the work, and an understanding of the fact that it is essential to the success of the whole organisation is vital.You must have an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent through relevant training/experience.
