THIS POST IS FIXED TERM FOR 1 YEAR DUE TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE SERVCE. Are you up for a challengeWe are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join the Programme Management Office (PMO) for Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board. The PMO is the Health Boards primary focus for the development and implementation of organisational critical projects and programmes across the Health board. The PMO have been critical in supporting the organisations response to the COVID pandemic.The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and will be able to engage and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation and partner organisations. A proven project manager you will demonstrate the ability to successfully lead teams, operate within tightly defined timescales and deliver outcomes to meet the team and organisational targets.
