They provide 1827 homes for living rents, and their hugely respected Cwm Taf Care & Repair subsidiary provides services to enable older or disabled people living in privately-owned homes to maintain their safety and independence.Above all though, they are a people-based organisation. They’re passionate about providing great services and support, about being a good employer, and about being a respected partner in their region and across Wales.They’re looking for 2x Project Officers whose aim is to help reduce poverty and social exclusion for those furthest from the labour market through basic skill building and training which moves participants closer to employment. In addition, the project aims to build resilience in participants wider lives through increased contact with others, accessing bespoke specialist services that can support them, and building networks that can create happy and sustainable communities. You will develop effective relationships internally and externally to deliver joined up holistic support services to project participants. You must have relevant and proven experience within the community development/social housing/income recovery/welfare benefits /money advice sector and/or a HNC in Community Studies or an equivalent qualification.This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, customer focussed person who has a genuine passion and demonstrable experience of delivering quality services.
