Planned Maintenance Team Leader

Job Description

Our client, based in South Wales, is currently recruiting for a Planned Maintenance Team Leader on a temporary contract for three-to-six months with the chance to go permanent. Our client is proud to be a community driven Housing Association.The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in the sector, however this requirement can be flexible.Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Oversee the delivery of planned investment and stock condition programmes for a Social Housing provider
  • Analyse stock condition and EPC data from the asset management database and plan programmes of work accordingly
  • Ensure effective contract management for local contractors for the delivery of Kitchen & Bathrooms, Roofing replacements and central heating upgrades
  • Manage a small team of 2 Surveyors and 1 Administrator
  • Produce reports for senior management and assist on site with undertaking surveys
  • Experience required:
  • Planned maintenance experience
  • Social Housing experience
  • Working hours:
  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
