Job Description

Our client, based in South Wales, is currently recruiting for a Planned Maintenance Surveyor on a temporarycontract for six months.The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.The ideal candidate will have a HNC/HND in a Building related discipline and will hold a full UK Driving License.Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Conduct Planned Maintenance surveys on Schools and other public buildings
  • Prepare project programmes, schedules of works and technical works specifications
  • Contract managing appointed contractors ensuring compliance with contract specification and performance standards
  • Oversee a large School refurbishment projects and monitor on-site contractor KPIs
  • Utilize AutoCAD to create and interpret drawings
  • Run a number of refurbishment projects from beginning to end
    • Experience required:
  • HNC or HND in a Building related discipline
  • Experience using AutoCAD
  • Experience working on Schools and public buildings
    • Working hours:
  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
