Non-Volume Conveyancer / CLC / CILExcirca £45,000.00 (DOE)

  • Non-Volume Caseload (70 matters avg)

Based in Abercynon, our clients brand new conveyancing department have opportunities for Conveyancers / Property Executives to work in a non-volume team.This brand new venture will be able to offer realistic workloads, around 70 cases, as well as excellent legal assistant support from day one. The firm promote a casual dress policy and an excellent working culture unlike any other conveyancing team in theregion.You will be working alongside highly regarded professionals within conveyancing and will be able to work in an autonomous way.You will be handling non volume Sale, Purchase, Re-mortgage, Transfer of Equity, Shared Ownership, New Build, Freehold, Leasehold and Un-registered regional conveyancing files, it is therefore essential you have dealt with in a number of these matters.To be considered for this position you should have at least 2 years experience handling a range of conveyancing matters.
