You will be proactive in your approach to resolving day to day problems encountered with hardware and software.You must have previous experience of delivering IT support and hold a professional ICT qualification or equivalent. Experience of working in a virtualised networking environment and administering Office 365 would be advantageous.Most importantly, you will be someone who is highly motivated, has an eye for detail and has a genuine passion and demonstrable experience of delivering quality services.
