We are looking for a Hygiene Operative to join a credible Manufacturing and Packaging company based in Abercynon. We have immediate starts available. This is initially a temporary position, but after 12 weeks will become permanent for the right person.The purpose of your role is to maintain high levels of hygiene/cleanliness whilst adhering to Company Safety and Hygiene policies at all times.You will be accountable for:- Understanding which chemicals should be used for specific hygiene cleaning tasks- Safely stripping, cleaning and reassembling equipment- Fully complying with set cleaning standards- Alerting Senior Managers to any issues- Participating in mandatory site trainingAs the ideal candidate you will have relevant hygiene experience, of which being within a Food/FMCG sector would be desirable, have good communication skills, be able to follow instructions, have great attention to detail, and know how to prioritise workloads.
