They’re passionate about providing great services and support, about being a good employer, and about being a respected partner in their region and across Wales.They’re looking for a passionate Financial Inclusion & Wellbeing Officer for a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract to deliver the financial inclusion and wellbeing services, complying with any internal and external funding requirements, meeting or exceeding all targets.In this key role you will assist in providing opportunities to improve their tenant’s wellbeing through financial inclusion advice and guidance and a coordinated programme of support. The project will assist in the development of the organisations approach to supporting resilient communities.You must have previous experience in a financial inclusion role (or similar discipline) and be educated to a degree level in an appropriate subject area. You will have a robust understanding of welfare benefits and the responsibilities of a social landlord. The role will require a commitment to providing a tenant orientated service whilst looking to achieve your own targets.Most importantly, you will be someone, who is highly motivated, a good communicator, flexible and has a genuine passion and demonstrable experience of delivering quality services. Being respectful and inclusive to colleagues and customers will be important to you. You must also possess a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.Closing Date: 4.00pm on Friday 27th November 2020.Interviews are scheduled to take place on Monday 7th December 2020.
