Job Description

Job Title: Enquiry HandlerContract Type: Temporary to PermanentSalary: £18,000 per annumLocation: We have an office in Abercynon and Mid Wales (Working from home on a part time basis will also be an option)Hours: Full time, Monday to FridayEssential requirements: Fluent Welsh SpeakerOur client is a Holiday letting businessoperating throughout wonderful Wales and England. The Wales Office is looking for a Welsh Speaking candidate to join their team to help bring on new business and answer enquires from potential clients. This is anexcellent opportunity for the right candidate to grow within this thriving company that offers excellent benefits.

  • To deal with and manage incoming leads via all brand websites, phone lines, referrals (internal and external) and walk ins.
  • Working to defined KPIs
  • Being able to build rapport with potential customers
  • Collect relevant viable information to move enquiries to appointment.
  • Regular follow ups and communication to these enquirers
  • Ownership of these leads until appointment have been made
  • To deal with and manage an existing lead database
  • Re-engage and manage database until ready to move to appointment.
  • Identify and investigate potential new owner opportunities alongside set criteria set by relevant Region or Brand and in line with strategy.
  • Build call lists based on the criteria above
  • Focus on specific areas of growth relevant to business needs
