You will assist other staff within the Team, enabling them to fulfil their functions in respect of service delivery.You must have previous experience of involvement in a customer focused service resolving customers’ enquiries either through face to face communication or via telephone conversations.Most importantly, you will be someone who is highly motivated, has an eye for detail and has a genuine passion and demonstrable experience of delivering quality services.
