Job Description

Clear Sky Recruitment are proud to be the recruiter of choice for an established manufacturing business based in the Abercarn area of Caerphilly on there behalf we are seeking an HR administrator to join there existing team.Experience in a manufacturing environment could be helpful but isnt essential. they are more interested in recruiting someone who is committed to making a difference and who understands the benefits that great HR can make to a company.The Role Will Involve:

Working closely with the HR team on both day-to-day tasks and project work
Supporting the companys payroll
Manage and store documents and communication electronically
Covering recruitment, starters, leavers, movers, as well as HRIS database maintenance
Managing HR inbox
Reference checks of new joiners

Successful candidate:

Administration/office experience ideally in HR
CIPD level 3 desirable
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft word and Outlook
Attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
