Job Description

Production Assistant Our market leading, very well established client is looking for a Production Assistant to work in their manufacturing department.This is a permanent, full time position with great opportunities to learn and develop the trade in which you will be working and potentially gain further training to progress into higher skilled roles within the company. The Production Assistant will work in a busy production environment, working with various materials to time critical deadlines.Responsibilities:

Preparing products, including measuring, templating and accurately hand trimming products to plan.
Joining products as required.
Prioritising work based on the defined schedule and liaising with team members to ensure products are completed and ready to be packed on time and to specification.
Other general duties as required by the management team.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be experienced in working with materials within a Production environment.
Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are required.
High level of organisation is vital.
Must be a good team player with great communication skills.
Flexible approach and ability to do overtime where required.
Excellent time keeping.

Monday to Friday, 6am until 2pm and 2pm until 10pm (rotating shifts) Based just in between Huntingdon & St Neots (Own transport required) INDINDUSTRIAL
