We are recruiting an enthusiastic and self-motivated Finance Manager to cover the following duties:* Drive improvement and standardisation in the financial processes across all offices* Identify and implement process automation for the existing ERP System* Produce individual company and consolidated company profit and loss reports monthly* Produce department budgets reporting monthly, follow up on variance analysis with the heads of departments* Oversee cash flow management for all companies, as well as the monthly sales commissions.* Prepare for seamless integration of accounts into Group Accounts annually.Skills & Experience* Minimum 3 years experience working on financial reporting within a companywide ERP System. Our client operates with Syspro, experience in this system would be an advantage* Masters or Bachelors degree in related subject* CMA qualified (or close to completing the CMA qualifications)* Strong interpersonal skills, transferable across international borders* A proactive can do attitude is a mustThis is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, progressive team, growing at a pace.
