As a Regional Manager - Local Services, you will be home based, leading and inspiring geographically dispersed teams, acrossone or more Health and Care Integrated Care footprints. Your work will primarily be as a strategic leader, within a system leadership approach. You will be confident in inspiring your teams, building relationships and team engagement through virtual solutions and face to face team activity.As a strategic leader, you will be inspiring, adaptable, open to learning and continuous improvement. You understand the opportunities and challenges of leading dispersed teams to deliver complex activity, to consistently high standards.Experience of working in a dementia related role is not essential, however an understanding of the health and care sector, either through work or personal lived experience is beneficial. We are looking for a great individual, with the right skillset and attitude.You have a fabulous team of managers, who each have a team of dementia experts. Your role is to lead, inspire, engage and influence your teams to deliver to their best and thrive as employees of Alzheimer’s Society.
