Now is a great time to join a truly innovative, commercial, and fun business.Due to this growth and unique service offering, our client is seeking to recruit a Framework Manager to continue to build on the wealth of experience and expertise the company holds, delivery requirements across service contracts for both reactive and planned maintenance, major and minor construction projects as well as construction-related professional services.The Framework Managers will undergo extensive training to learn the companys unique culture, service offering, customer testimonials and framework partnerships that bring true value to their commercial procurement functions.The Framework Manager will have significant operational and strategic responsibility for driving the provisions of the Framework Agreement and will manage the interface between Framework Users, Trusted Strategic Partnership, Technical Advisors, Framework Contractors and the Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will have experience in the commercial sector of construction. You will have dealt with build projects such as PFI, Education, Healthcare and related project sectors to suit this position.Responsibilities+ Be the bridge between the client and the supply chain.+ Ensure that youre networking continuously to keep up to date with client trends and needs.+ Drive the programs from concept capture through to design, tender, and framework award. + Lead initiatives such as feasibility studies and options appraisals.+ Be a brand ambassador of the business and all stakeholders relationships within the strategic partnerships.+ Manage all relationships on the Frameworks with fellow peers to drive innovation, service delivery and develop best in-class practice.+ Engage with Framework Users and their advisers to train to support them in the use of the framework in compliance with its strategy and methodology;+ Be a commercial lead to aid in the procurement of Professional Service and Construction Framework. + Work to the guidance and compliance of the current operating model, while making recommendations to improve the business performance.+ Build strong business relationships deliver the customer requirements. This means supporting operational needs such as framework mini comps, call-off support, supplier engagement, and customer milestone delivery.+ Provide constructive supplier reviews that advance the value-added activities and educate the supply chain on the importance of due diligence and compliance.Back Ground:+ A proven track record engaging with all levels of stakeholders.+ Ideally experience and understanding of EU procurement/Contract procurement regulations.+ Experience/ Knowledge of delivering procurement projects or other projects.+ Experience in project leadership or commercial management or contract management roles.+ Good knowledge/experience of construction design/construction procurement.+ Great Supply Relationship Management skills+ Great competency with customer service+ Good commercial awareness of market trends and customer requiremets+ Strong understanding of construction contracts.+ Experience in managing projects, project lifecycle and processes.+ Excellent communication skills both written and oral and the ability to speak and present articulately and confidently.+ Ideally have experience managing the procurement of framework solutions.Salary:£40,000 - £50,000 depending experience + packageHull-based 2 days Home based 3 daysFramework ManagerGreat for anyone living in Yorkshire, Humberside, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, Lancashire, Cheshire, and potentially MerseysideIf you want to discuss this position in more detail, please contact Carl Walker at Elevation Recruitment Group.Elevation Recruitment Groups Procurement and Supply Chain division work with a vast range of businesses across Yorkshire and Humberside, Lincolnshire and East Midlands regions.
