An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a rapidly growing Tech/SaaS SME working fully remotely.Client DetailsMy client is a owner/managed Tech/SAAS SME, highly profitable with revenues approaching $70m and a solid balance sheet. They have circa 250 employees based all around the globe and an exciting AI-based product pipeline for the future.DescriptionThe Finance Manager will be responsible for the following:Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisactivities to provide actionable insights for business decisions.Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including incomestatements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Cost Control: Identify cost reduction opportunities and implement strategies to optimisespending while maintaining quality.Risk Management: Manage financial risks and create strategies to mitigate themeffectively.Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for dailyoperations and future investments.Financial Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations and compliancestandards.Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture ofcontinuous improvement and professional development.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategiesand objectives that align with the companys goals.Financial Systems: Oversee financial software and systems, identifying opportunities forenhancement and ensuring data integrity.ProfileThe ideal Finance Manager candidate will have: Professional finance qualification - ACA/CIMA/ACCA or QBE Strong financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting skills Treasury/strong cashflow management experience ideal Experience within the Technology/IT sector ideal but not essential Job OfferIn addition to an excellent salary package of circa £60,000 to £70,000 (depending on experience), you will also receive A supportive learning and development pathway for continuous growth Work in a remote environment with autonomy and responsibility Contribute to shaping the financial future of a dynamic company Competitive perks & benefits
