We are now recruiting for an experienced / Senior / Supervisor for the parts division based in Yaxley, Peterborough, PE7. The company own several sites across the UK and have been successful in their area of expertise for over 15 years. There will be opportunities for dedicated employees to branch out within the wider group as part of their CPD (Continuing Professional Development).Salary: c.£24000-£26000 per annum plus bonus at c.£4000 per annum plus benefits.Role: You will be working Monday to Friday 0900-1800 and 1:2 Saturdays 08:00-12:00 Your priority is to be an excellent communicator with the clients (customers) ensuring all parts required are in stock and/or ordered to meet client expectation You will need to, from time to time, locate parts from alternative suppliers, arranging delivery of said parts and liaising with stock control You will be responsible for the stock management of parts, including stock check and updating the systemCandidate: Must have prior parts experience working for a busy commercial dealership May come from a parts department, could be an ex-mechanic with parts knowledge and experience looking to hang up the spanners (desirable) Will have a thorough understanding of the commercial vehicle market operation Should be proactive and resourceful with excellent customer service skills and experience Might have worked on CRM / dealer management systems Kerridge or ADP (desirable) Can demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills and be able to deliver superb account management Will be well adverse in all MS Office applicationsBenefits: 22 days annual leave per annum plus bank / statutory holidays Lucrative salary negotiable depending on experience and skillset 8% pension contributions Opportunity for career growth within the group Full training and support provided Free tea / coffee, friendly working atmosphere Free onsite parkingEmployee feedback: an evolving company a great place to work decent package and sociable working hoursPlease contact Cheryl Wilson on or email for more information between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday.
