More About the NS Team Leader Opportunity:Were looking for a Team Leader to join our team in Yaxley, to play a key part in our customer journey and help make sure our day-to-day warehouse operation runs effectively.Heres What You Can Expect To Be Doing As Our NS Team Leader:Youll be the backbone of our overnight operation. Maintaining an efficient and unified team operation is key, by ensuring communication is slick

  • Allocate daily tasks to operatives in your team
  • Monitor the quality of work and performance of the team
  • Make sure that all products are handled correctly and in-line with manual handling guidelines
  • Ensure the team always adhere to Health and Safety procedures
  • Investigate and rectify any discrepancies
  • Complete handovers to the days team
  • Support with HR functions such as disciplinary meetings in a fair and consistent way
  • Be responsible for the sites cleanliness and maintenance
  • Continually work towards reducing damage levels
