Our client, based in Cambridgeshire, is currently recruiting for a HR Manager on a permanent basis. This is a brand new role in the organisation and our client is proud to be an organic, family-run business that provides an environment for continual professionaldevelopment and support.The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The annual salary is £40,000.The ideal candidate will have fundamental management experience and extensive proof of handling all levels of Employee Relations cases.Duties will include (but not limited to): Maintain expertise and knowledge of HR policies and procedures throughout the business Oversee the day-to-day mangement of team performance and develop the core HR team, coordinating team activity, setting objectives, mentoring and support Manage the recruitment process in the team and wider company, including liaising with the HR Coordinator throughout the onboarding process Provide support and guidance to the HR Director on operational and strategic practices throughout the organisation Assist and advise on the departmental training of employees, coordinating workshops and training sessions to develop their skills To lead on and manage ER cases, which will include a variety of level cases; managing them proactively and timely Work closely in a team to ensure that there are clear and consistent practice in place and revise policies and procedures as and when requiredExperience and Skills required: Ensure high quality, expert advice is provided by supporting the wider team to develop their skills and knowledge Ensure effective staff management for the HR Coordinator and HR Advisor, ensuring their performance and development in their roles Substantial experience working at HR BP/Manager level Understanding of the structure and accountabilites within the sector Effective health and safetly management is desirable but not essentialWorking hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm 40 hours per weekPlease note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.KEYWORDS: HR Manager; Human Resources Manager; Personnel Manager; People Manager; People; Team Manager; HR Team Manager; Human Resources Team Manager; HR Shared Service Manager;At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
