Job Description

REED have partnered with a market leading Manufacturer based in Yatton, North Somerset to support with an exciting new hire!You will be joining the business as a Technical Customer Service Advisor, working alongside a Technical Estimator and experienced Customer Service Team.If you have a basic understanding/knowledge of CAD, then wed like to hear from you OR you have an interest in building a career with CAD. Full training alongside this, with progression opportunities in a large, well-known employer is available.Youll be supporting with a wide range of duties such as:Customer ServicesBespoke quotationsTechnical drawingsOrder processingQualifications and Education Requirements:2D AutoCAD (Beneficial)A good level of Literacy and Numeracy with the ability to perform detailed calculations.Beneficial skills:Understanding Excel databasesHaving a proficiency at learning new software.Overview of required skills:Computer literate with some understanding of technical drawings being desirablePolite and professional telephone manner. Ensuring you communicate in an effectively & courteous way with colleagues & customersGood time management with the ability to work to deadlinesAn analytical approach towards dealing with enquiries with an understanding of DesignKeeping records up to date so that all work carried out is fully traceableEnsuring health and safety is always consideredWorking as part of a team with a flexible attitude and ability to learnEnsure that quality standards are followed by reporting any quality defects to your line managerReduce wastage wherever possibleRaise any suggestions for improvement with your managerWorking Hours:Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 8.30am - 5.00pmWednesday - 8.00am - 5.00pmFriday - 8.30am - 4.00pm
