Job Description

Looking for career development along with a work home life balance As a graduate with a degree in either Electrical Engineering, Physics, Physical Chemistry, Electronics or with previous work experience gained within one of these fields then I would like to hear from you.The successful person with provide Customer Support for my clients Instruments through the EMEA region. An engineering and problem solving mind-set would be great for this role and further allow the Customer Engineer to gain a detailed understanding of the instruments and products. The training given will enable you to provide customers with a high standard of service, supporting service engineers and liaising with your plasma technology teams to get issues resolved.Instrument Customer Support Desk Responsibilities:

  • To provide technical and diagnostic support to customers and field based engineers, via e-mail, telephone or where possible Teamviewer.
  • Liaise with L2 support desk, ensuring that all relevant information is passed to them in a clear, precise manner as and when an issue is escalated.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to arrange fast delivery of warranty parts on systems.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve what we do and the service we provide our internal and external customers.
  • Provide analysis and reports, so this data can help us understand how and where we can drive further service improvements.
