Job Description

Retail Branch ManagerStarting Salary: £19,000per year (OTE £28,000)+£500 GUARANTEED Bonus for your first 2 months service++Fantastic Annual bonus based on company performanceYou will work 37.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 4 days on 3 days off giving you a good work life balance.We are the UKs favourite car buying service and we are growing FAST!   • First-and-foremost our Branch Managers buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our thousands of customers every week.
  • Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
  • Work full-time up to a maximum of 37.5 hours per week.
About you:
  • A current full UK manual driving license.
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment is desirable.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
  • Excellent administration and IT skills.
